 | My name is Rita Karsten. I am excited to be taking part in your child's
education. I believe education is a three way partnership with parents,
students, and teachers working together.
I
am proud to say that I and my children are graduates of St.
Paul Public Schools. I earned my teaching degree at
Concordia College in St. Paul and my Master's of Education in Teaching
and Learning at St. Mary's College. I have been
teaching kindergarten or first grade in St. Paul since 1993
