 | Hi, my name is Pamela Allen and I am one of the Learning Disabilities
Teachers at Webster. My students call me Ms Allen
and parents usually call me Pam or
Pamela. I studied Education at Boston University
and then travelled for a while before moving to Minnesota.
Since then I have completed my masters degree at St. Cloud State
University. I have been teaching in St. Paul since
1979. I am married and have two grown children who attended
public school in Minneapolis. When I am not at work, I love
to read (fiction and mysteries mostly), work in the garden, travel, and
make jewelry.
Growing
up in the 1960's, I was strongly influenced by the environment | 651-293-8625

change and the leaders and events of the time.
These include the Vietnam War, the Civil Rights Movement, and the
passing of the |
Equal Rights Amendment. Some of my heroes are
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Gandhi, and
Wellstone.
My
dream is that all children that attend Webster have a rich
learning experience in a fair, safe, and caring atmosphere. |
