 | Hello! My name is Julie Lay. I am from South Minneapolis. I traveled to
Europe for a month and did my studies at the University of River Falls
in Wisconsin and La Universidad de Autonoma in Mexico. I have two
teaching degrees: Elementary Education and Spanish Education.
I am very proud of my husband and my amazing sons
who had the opportunity to obtain an education with the St. Paul Public
Schools. My oldest son earned a four year scholarship from the
Multicultural Education Program which is incorporated in the St. Paul

located in the East building and my room number is 302E. I have been teaching in Saint Paul Public Schools for a total of 14
years at the elementary level and five of the 14 years have been here
at Webster.
