 | Hello - my name is Debra Beese. I have been an elementary
teacher since 1998 and at Webster since 2007.
The
road to Webster was long and winding! I graduated from
Mankato State University with a teaching degree in Physical Education
and received a Masters of Education degree from the University of
Minnesota; however, instead of teaching children, I worked as a
Corporate Trainer at Norwest Banks for 12 years. I left the
corporate world to fulfill my desire to be a classroom
teacher. So, after some additional schooling at University of
St. Thomas, I earned my K-6 licensure which first led me to an

| When I am not focusing on my students, I enjoy spending time with my
family and friends, traveling, knitting, jewelry making, reading and
shopping. I am also an avid sports fan and like many
Minnesotans have endured some very painful sports seasons! |
